Our healthcare assistants possess a unique combination of strengths and abilities. Above all, they must be able to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills: empathy, warmth, patience and reliability play a crucial role in building and maintaining trust between carer and client. The emphasis we place on these principles means that you are always in good hands.

Maintaining High Standards

As part of our commitment to best practice and legislative developments, we regularly update our management policies and ensure that all aspects of our business, from staffing to the implementation of the latest health and safety requirements, are integrated into a master policy manual.

We provide comprehensive staff training and assessment, including ongoing personal development programmes. These cover all aspects of care: our code of conduct; confidentiality; the rights of service users; health and safety; protection of vulnerable adults; moving and handling; food hygiene and safety; basic first aid; infection control; personal care tasks; and care workers’ responsibilities.
