Residential and Nursing Care are available through our homes in Douglas and Ramsey, which offer a welcoming, comfortable environment, modern facilities and professional teams who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of every resident.
Eastfield Mansion House in Douglas, registered for twenty-two residents, is a dedicated facility for members of our community who can no longer live in their own home. Eastfield provides a safe, welcoming environment where residents receive excellent care and are treated with genuine warmth and respect.
Beaconsfield Tower in Ramsey, meanwhile, is a complex of residential and nursing facilities which together offer the complete spectrum of care solutions. Beaconsfield Tower Residential Home offers an attractive variety of high quality accommodation for up to sixteen residents, with living arrangements to suit both individuals and couples.
Nursing Care
Immediately adjacent is Beaconsfield Tower Nursing Home, our purpose-built nursing facility which opened early in 2011. People may move here from their own homes or transfer from either of our residential facilities, a transition which we aim to make as seamless as possible. With just 34 rooms, our nursing home offers a high ratio of carers to residents, an intimate, nurturing environment and the highest degree of professional care at all times.
Our residential and nursing facilities provide care which is second to none in a ‘home from home’ for both short and long term residents. Some people may only stay a matter of weeks, while others, for health or mobility considerations, make one of our homes their permanent residence; either way, we understand that choosing a care home is a hugely important decision, for both the individual and their family, and do our utmost to ensure that your choice brings a positive experience and peace of mind.
