Adorn Domiciliary Care Ltd is an Isle of Man company established in 2002. Our sole intent
is to serve the care needs of local people on the Island through
the provision of quality care services, whether it is
Residential and Home Care Services, or Children’s Day Care
Nursery Schooling.

We have a Residential Home for the Elderly,
Beaconsfield Tower - in the lovely town of Ramsey in the north of the Island,
catering for 12 residents.
In line with our policy of providing
the best care and facilities possible we are currently in the
process of designing and building a sister Care Home next door
to Beaconsfield Tower at Cronk Ghennie site. This
will provide Adorn with the capability of providing comfortable
home from home accommodation for up to 45 residents.
Adorn Domiciliary Care Ltd
also focuses on the provision of dedicated one to one 24 hour
care services for people living in their own homes. This is a
truly special service where the clients are able to live in
their own homes, but because of age or disability need a little
help to cope with their day-to-day domestic tasks and, or their
personal care.
Puddleducks Nursery School provides day care for children aged 2-5 years of age and can
accommodate 60 children. Puddleducks is situated 5 minutes from
the financial heart of Douglas Town centre. Our fees are
undoubtedly the most competitive on the Island at just £99.50
per week for full time child care, 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
The fees coupled with our refurbished nursery facility make us
first on the list for parents choosing a nursery position for
their children.
St Ninian’s Court Development
A complex of thirty five beautifully appointed apartments
situated in Douglas. Care Services are available around the
clock on site. Individuals can purchase or rent these apartments
and can expect a full domiciliary care service from Adorn by
separate contract.
